Terms of Service

1. Using the app

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Use LetsMock for your own interview preparation. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, work around usage limits, or resell access.

2. AI-generated feedback

Scores, "strong answer" suggestions and flagged weaknesses are produced by a language model. They are opinions generated from your transcript, not a professional assessment of your ability or employability. Speech recognition also makes mistakes, particularly with names and technical terms, so a transcript may not match exactly what you said.

3. Free tier and subscriptions

• The free tier includes a limited number of interviews and a shorter time limit.
• Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Google Play. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel any time in Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy. Requests are made through Google Play, not through us.

5. Availability

LetsMock depends on third-party speech and language services and may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your resume, your answers and your transcripts. You grant us only the permission needed to process them so the app can run the interview and produce your scorecard, as described in thePrivacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LetsMock is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including any outcome of a real interview or hiring decision.
